Descubre que su padre es un talentoso cirujano que vive en una isla donde prepara secretamente una "obra" que nadie puede contemplar hasta que esté lista....en fin, no los latearé con más detalles de este verdadero "cuento chino" sino que, como el dermatólogo iré "al grano":
El papacito cirujano es un hombre muy feo y su "paraíso" (venganza?) consiste en una especie de "parque zoológico" poblado por monstruosidades humanas. El cirujano usa a los seres humanos como bonsai, modificándolos quirúrgicamente desde pequeñitos, injertando partes corporales para hacer esculturas humanas, con partes de animales también. Sus creaciones deshumanizadas son sus mascotas, se comportan como animales, él les lanza alimentos, les hace cariñito... Tiene a gente con plumas que se cree pájaros, nadadoras desnudas en los ríos que se creen peces (y que agarran con la boca la fruta que cae al agua). Extraños rituales semieróticos de danza y fuego están en continua función. Así es el "jardín de las delicias" del papaíto de riotsuke. La película incluye un incidente verdaderamente macabro que contarlo acá es regalar lo mejor de la película...involucra hambre, muerte, una mujer embarazada y unos cangrejitos. Demencia nipona de lo más granada.
Al final riotsuke aprende quién es, porqué lo mandaron a un locatorio (un travesti sádico empleado de su padre quizo deshacerse del "heredero") y bueno, que la que se ha estado follando es su hermana...los hermanos-amantes se dan cuenta que no pueden vivir en pecado y deciden sucidarse juntos amarrándose a un gran cohete de fuegos artificiales
